SEGES Innovation awarded two stars for new crop journal in CropManager

A digital solution that optimizes planning and collaboration has been named a two-star innovation at Agromek Stars 2025.
SEGES Innovation P/S presents a new, improved view of the crop journal in CropManager – a digital planning tool that provides farmers and advisors with a quick and comprehensive overview of all field tasks. The solution integrates planning, execution, and follow-up across fields in an intuitive calendar view, making it easier to prioritize and document fieldwork.
CropManager allows filtering by crops, products, or treatment types and displays all planned and completed tasks in a single view. With the new interface, tasks can be moved using drag-and-drop, shared among employees, and automatically updated in FarmTracking and Mark Online, ensuring synchronized data at all times.
The Agromek jury awards the solution two stars and highlights the improved overview in daily operations:
- The new layout of the crop journal in CropManager gives users a clear overview of planned and upcoming treatments in the field. Tasks can be sorted by field, crop, or type, making it easier to find the optimal sequence and follow up on completed work, the jury states.
The calendar-based view replaces the previous table format and makes it easy to see which fields require action – such as spraying or fertilizing – and in what order tasks should be carried out. Compared to earlier systems, the solution provides a better foundation for decision-making and more efficient collaboration between farm managers, employees, and advisors.
