Brøns Maskinforretning presents AutoSpread – fully automatic fertilizer spreader adjustment

A data-driven solution awarded two stars at Agromek Stars 2025 ensures precise distribution and maximum utilization of commercial fertilizer.

Brøns Maskinforretning ApS is launching AutoSpread – a new, intelligent solution that automatically adjusts the fertilizer spreader via an online connection to Amazone’s test center and fertilizer testing laboratory. The system continuously monitors the spreading pattern and compares it with data from the extensive spreading database, automatically adjusting both drop point and application rate. This ensures uniform distribution and eliminates the risk of over- or under-application – even during curve driving.

AutoSpread stands out by accounting for natural variations in fertilizer batches. By continuously measuring and analyzing the spreading image, the system makes real-time corrections to ensure optimal results at all times. The solution leverages thousands of test results from Amazone’s laboratory and represents a significant advancement over previous systems.

The Agromek jury awards the innovation two stars and highlights that AutoSpread makes fertilizer spreading both simpler and more precise:

- AutoSpread ensures optimal adjustment of the fertilizer spreader and accounts for variations in the fertilizer through automatic monitoring of the spreading pattern and direct online connection to the test center’s database. This prevents over- and under-application – even during curve driving, where the application rate is regulated, the jury states.

With AutoSpread, crop producers gain a ready-to-use, data-driven technology that ensures maximum utilization of commercial fertilizer, more sustainable resource use, and highly precise dosing during curve driving.

The innovation will be presented at Brøns Maskinforretning in February 2026.
