Brøns Maskinforretning presents AmaSelect Twin – dual nozzle technology for precision spraying

A new spraying solution from Amazone featuring automatic nozzle switching and curve control has been awarded one star at Agromek Stars 2025.
Brøns Maskinforretning ApS is launching AmaSelect Twin – the latest generation of spraying technology from Amazone, offering crop producers the ability to automatically switch between nozzles spaced at 25 cm and 50 cm depending on field conditions and crop requirements. The result is precise dosing and uniform coverage – even during curve driving, where the outer boom nozzles move faster than the inner ones.
AmaSelect Twin builds on the well-known advantages of the existing AmaSelect system, such as low boom height and row spraying, but now adds both automatic nozzle switching and curve control. The technology ensures that the correct amount of active substance reaches the plant – regardless of driving speed and terrain – resulting in higher spray quality and better utilization of crop protection products.
According to the Agromek jury, AmaSelect Twin offers users a significantly broader range of applications. The system is available in two versions: 2-2-2, developed for cereal crops, and 2-1-2, which enables row spraying. Both versions support 25 cm nozzle spacing and full curve control. Additionally, AmaSelect Twin can be retrofitted to sprayers already equipped with AmaSelect.
AmaSelect Twin stands out from other products on the market by combining automatic nozzle switching between 50 cm and 25 cm in a single unit. The technology enables both low-volume and precision spraying, reduces waste and environmental impact, and contributes to more sustainable and efficient field operations.
