Established in 2018 and owned by Brian Bech, Jan Dahlmann, and Niels Dahlmann, Storde Biogas I/S operates a modern biogas facility with an annual production capacity of 5.2 million m³ of gas. The facility primarily receives manure and deep litter from the owners, supplemented by deliveries from external suppliers.
In 2022, Linka Energy A/S installed a high-efficiency 2.0 MW hot water boiler system fueled by wood chips, featuring Linka's patented combustion technology and an advanced economizer to maximize fuel efficiency. The boiler, a Linka® H 2000, includes a sophisticated setup with a moving staircase grate and automated soot blowers, reducing both slag buildup and the need for manual cleaning of the flue pipes.
To optimize operations and minimize emissions, the facility is equipped with multi-cyclones and bag filters to purify flue gases, which are then released through a 17-meter steel chimney. Ash is efficiently collected in a 12m³ ash container. The entire process is monitored and controlled by a PLC system, ensuring precise regulation of fuel feed and operational efficiency. In the event of operational deviations, alerts are issued via internet and SMS, and the facility can be monitored and accessed remotely via smartphones, tablets, and computers.
