The SKIOLD WE250 is a new dual-scale designed to increase capacity and efficiency in feed production. With a capacity of up to 1,500 kg per weighing cycle, the scale combines high capacity with a compact design and a competitive price.
The new design, featuring an integrated chain conveyor, allows for simultaneous weighing and emptying. With a discharge time of just 10 seconds, the next weighing cycle can begin whilst the previous batch is being discharged. This reduces waiting time between batches and improves flow through the plant.
The WE250 also allows individual components in the recipe to be weighed and ground. This increases flexibility in feed production and enables better utilisation of conveying equipment and other machinery in the plant.
The result is a precise and cost-effective weighing solution that reduces unnecessary waiting times and idle time, and contributes to a more efficient utilisation of the plant’s overall capacity.
