Vogelsang and BeTEC join forces in slurry application technology

A new strategic partnership between Vogelsang and the Slovenian agricultural machinery manufacturer BeTEC gives farmers, agricultural contractors and machinery dealers access to a broader range of slurry applicators. At Agromek 2026, Vogelsang Denmark will present the opportunities offered by the new Vogelsang-BeTEC product portfolio.
Requirements for slurry application technology vary from one farm to another. Working width, capacity, equipment level and budget must suit both the tasks involved and the existing machinery.
To meet these different requirements, Vogelsang and BeTEC have established a strategic joint venture in slurry application technology. The partnership took effect on 1 September 2026 and brings the companies’ product ranges together under the Vogelsang-BeTEC brand.
The aim is to make it easier to select a slurry applicator that matches the slurry tanker, required working width, capacity and budget.
A broader range of slurry applicators
The new product portfolio covers working widths from 6 to 36 metres and is divided into three main categories:
SideClosing trailing shoe applicators
BackClosing trailing shoe applicators
Dribble bar applicators
Draghose dribble bar spplicators
The range extends from straightforward, economical models to advanced slurry applicators with additional functions and equipment options. Users can therefore select equipment that matches their operational requirements without paying for functions they do not need.
The SideClosing range includes BlackBird trailing shoe applicators and XTrail trailing shoe applicators. The BackClosing range includes models such as Stylo, Hilly, UniSpread and Cameleon, while SwingUp, SwingMax and BackPac form part of the dribble bar range.
GreenLine and RedLine provide more choice
As part of the new portfolio, BlackBird trailing shoe applicators are available in GreenLine and RedLine versions.
The GreenLine version is aimed at users looking for an economical and functional solution with the essential features required for precise slurry application. The RedLine version offers additional equipment packages and configuration options for users with higher requirements for capacity, control and operator convenience.
These versions apply exclusively to BlackBird trailing shoe applicators and make it easier to select an equipment level that matches both the work and the available budget.
Combined expertise with local advice and service
The partnership combines BeTEC’s experience in design, production and technical development with Vogelsang’s expertise in slurry application technology, sales and service.
BeTEC will play a central role in the continued development and production of the slurry applicators. Vogelsang will handle sales and after-sales support through its existing organisation and dealer network.
For customers in Denmark, this means access to a broader product portfolio combined with advice, spare parts and service from Vogelsang Denmark.
