Leica Geosystems and Liebherr have expanded their cooperation. Leica’s sensor chain is now fitted as standard from the factory in all Liebherr Generation 8 crawler and mobile excavators. The machines are delivered with 2D machine control in Liebherr’s own display, so no equipment needs to be fitted after purchase and downtime is reduced.

For those who want more, 3D machine control is available as an option. It can be ordered 3D-ready or as full 3D with semi-automatic functions directly from the factory. The solution includes dual GNSS and Leica MC1. 3D can also be added later as an aftermarket upgrade.

Come and talk to us about what it means when you choose your next excavator.
