Longer wear part life – now also at lower flow rates
Wear on the rotor and stator can reduce pump performance and lead to frequent replacements. This means spending time and money on spare parts, maintenance and downtime.
With four new, compact HiCone Small progressive cavity pumps, Vogelsang extends its range to flow rates from 1 m³/h. This brings the benefits of adjustable pump technology to processes with lower capacity requirements.
Adjust rather than replace
The conical rotor and stator allow wear to be compensated for through simple readjustment. Adjustment is carried out using a central adjustment screw while the pump is running – without special tools.
This helps maintain pump performance and postpone wear part replacement. Readjustment can extend the service life of the rotor and stator and help reduce spare parts and servicing costs.
Plan maintenance in advance
An integrated status indicator shows the pump’s current condition. This makes it easier to plan maintenance and reduce the risk of unplanned downtime.
When wear parts need replacing, the service-friendly design provides easy access to the key wear parts, allowing the work to be completed quickly and easily.
