Olsson Parts is launching lights.olssonparts.com, a new website that makes it possible to compare different types of vehicle lighting from the company’s assortment. This page shows the performance of each individual light source in real-world conditions, focusing on brightness, range and intensity.

The website presents detailed images, including from above, which illustrate how far, wide and brightly the lights shine when they are mounted on a vehicle. The images have been taken in real-world conditions on a dark night, on a straight stretch of gravel road, and provide a visual representation of both the range and the spread of the light.
“Good quality, proper lighting is crucial when it comes to both safety and efficiency. That’s why we want to make it easy to understand how our various light sources perform in real life. At lights.olssonparts.com, the customer can perform a fact-based comparison of an extensive selection from our lighting range. To the best of our knowledge, this is the most comprehensive lighting test on the market,” says Christian Askland, Olsson Parts’ IT and Marketing Manager and the person behind the project.
The website will be supplemented annually with new, additional tests, in line with the expansion of the assortment and the addition of new products. This service is available through all of Olsson Parts’ e-commerce sites, including Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany and the English-language site.
