By organising the installation work in-house, Sukup Europe says it will be able to manage more aspects of the project process directly.

However, Sukup Install is taking over the employees, expertise and a large proportion of the equipment that has previously been used on Sukup projects.
The new company is owned by Sukup Europe and will be operated with both Danish and Lithuanian personnel. At the same time, it is taking over the majority of the installation equipment and vehicle fleet, as well as all employees from the company’s former installation partner.
In this way, Sukup Install builds on a collaboration that has spanned approximately 15 years.
During that period, the installation team has, according to Sukup Europe, been involved in constructing more than 1,300 Sukup silos.
The activity has also become increasingly international. In the 2025–26 financial year alone, the installation team has completed projects in nine different European countries.
This existing experience will now be carried forward into the new company, while Sukup Europe gains direct organisational control over the installation function.
**Projects of more than 50,000 tonnes**
Initially, Sukup Install will primarily work on Sukup Europe’s own projects.
The assignments range from smaller facilities with a capacity of around 300 tonnes of grain to large and more complex solutions with capacities of 50,000 tonnes or more.
This means that the installation company must be able to handle projects of widely varying sizes and levels of complexity.

The ambitions also extend beyond the installation of Sukup’s own silos and facilities.

The establishment of the company therefore means that Sukup Europe not only gains greater control over its own projects, but also opens up a new business area within installation services.
According to the company, the aim is to create a more scalable and competitive organisation capable of keeping pace as the size and complexity of projects continue to grow.
