The OP series trailed sprayer is capable of efficient plant protection thanks to its hydraulic boom width (24 m), spacious fertilizer solution tank (3000 l) and high capacity spray system pump (11.1 m3 /h).

The use of a sprayer of this model will ensure effective treatment of plants by fertilizing them.

First of all, it is worth noting the possibility of using such equipment for large area processing. This is facilitated by a considerable own reserve of working solution (the sprayer tank has a capacity of 3000 liters) and an impressive working width (boom length of 24 meters), as well as the possibility of processing at higher speeds, thanks to the large diameter of the wheels (R42) and a ground clearance of 650 mm .

The large fertilizer tank capacity also means savings due to the fact that there is no need for additional refueling and the associated time and fuel costs for the tanker.

Time and effort are saved thanks to the well thought-out design of the hydraulic boom, as well as related components and mechanisms. The height of the boom can be easily adjusted without stopping the machine, thanks to a special parallelogram suspension and two hydraulic cylinders. Height range: 500 mm - 1800 mm.

In addition, the design of the boom provides protection in case of an obstacle collision. If the beam encounters an obstacle and for this reason deviates from its original horizontal (max. 45°) or vertical (max. 15°) position, a protective mechanism returns it to its working position as soon as the obstacle is passed. A special beam stabilizing mechanism (pendulum) and a hydromechanical system damping vibrations guarantee its stable position during operation.

Changing the sprayer track width is not a problem. It can be changed smoothly, steplessly in the range from 1800 mm to 2100 mm.

It is also worth noting that we pay special attention to the issue of durability and reliability of all components and parts of the sprayer. For example, the significant corrosion resistance of the metal parts of the hydraulic beam and frame is ensured by sandblasting and powder coating.

Moreover, the fertilizer feeding and spraying system is equipped with high quality components and accessories: Annovi Reverberi pump (Italy), Arag components (Italy) and Lechler nozzles (Germany).
