TEATWAND EXACT
arrow_backTo the overviewDesigned to Work Hard
The Teatwand Exact is an automatic teat spraying system designed for rotary platforms — new or existing — operating at speeds of up to 5.5 seconds per stall. It performs effectively as both a pre- and post-spray solution.
Using a laser position sensor, twin spray nozzles, and a fully adjustable touchscreen control system, the Teatwand Exact delivers accurate, consistent teat coverage while optimising spray usage. The system automatically tracks rotary speed and adjusts spray timing to suit.
Twin Nozzles
Two independently controlled spray nozzles extend beneath the udder as the platform rotates, ensuring thorough coverage of all four teats.
The system applies spray at the optimal moment before the cow exits the stall, supporting effective mastitis prevention. Spray timing and volume can be easily adjusted through the control system.
Control System
Laser Position Sensor
Detects the cow’s position in the stall and triggers the correct spray sequence for fast, accurate coverage without unnecessary waste.
Stall Sensors
Monitor rotary direction and speed to activate the spray sequence. The system will not operate if the platform is reversing.
Cow Sensor
Detects the presence of a cow - no cow, no spray, no waste.
Cluster Sensor*
Identifies if a milking cluster is still attached and prevents spraying while milking is in progress.
