The complete solution includes:
· Overhead crane:
Fully automated feeding of straw bales without the need for operator assistance.
· Straw conveyor system:
Fully automated transport of straw bales through the system.
· String remover:
Automatically removes strings from the straw bales.
· Straw shredder:
Efficiently shreds the straw bales for further processing.
· Stone trap:
Captures and removes stones, metal and other foreign materials.
· Pre-grinding mill and wind sieving:
Grinds the straw and removes additional foreign materials prior to fine grinding.
· Fine-grinding mill:
Ensures the required fine particle size.
· Pre-mixer (mixing tank):
Mixes the straw with slurry to make the mixture pumpable and ready for further transport to the reactor tank.
· Control and monitoring system:
Monitors, optimises and protects the operation while supporting data collection and remote control.
The solution is designed for industrial biogas plants with a focus on automated operation, high uptime and low maintenance costs.
