It is all gathered in a technical house, which is prefabricated and can therefore quickly be put into operation on the individual farm.
In October 2021, NIRAS made a report showing the reduction potential of GreenFarm.
The reduction of greenhouse gases takes place locally on the farm, without transport or methane emissions during storage.
No resources other than the farm's own slurry should be added.
The GreenFarm system is characterized by the fact that it can produce energy for the farm's own consumption and modulate the operation so that it matches the consumption on the individual farm. The large gas storage makes the system act as a battery and can take the fluctuation in consumption on the farm.
GreenFarm cools the outgoing slurry after the digester via the heat pump, so that methane production is slowed down so that methane emissions do not occur in the afterstorage tank. The recovered heat is used in the digester to heat the process.

Our concept reduces greenhouse gases from agriculture by utilizing waste products from agricultural production and converting them locally on the farm. This enables each farm to become partially self-sufficient with energy.
The biogas process leaves a by-product, which is also useful in agriculture – a fertilizer that can be used for crop cultivation.
