For Excavators in the 3.5-6 tonne weight class
Compacttilt Rotator™ CTR6 has been developed to provide mini diggers in class 3.5T to 6T with extended features through increased operating economy and an improved working environment for the machine operator.

CTR6 has been developed in a narrow design to ensure the machine’s suitability for working in complex working conditions, areas that are normally difficult to access and/or in narrow grooves. This means that the CTR6 has been developed without cylinders, and can work in 40 cm gutters both with and without a claw.

The CTR6 has also been developed with a focus on creating a light product, to ensure that the excavator retains its inherent strength for lifting tasks. The CTR6 has a product weight that starts at 175 kg, depending on options.

With the CTR6, the machine gets full rotation in the tool with 360 degrees of rotation and 2 x 50 degrees tilt function. This means that the machine optimizes its tasks in screeding, digging, planning and earth moving.

CTR6 is prepared for central lubrication, where all lubrication points are led to a lubrication point.

Machine control – CTR6, like all Compacttilt Tiltrotator products, is prepared for machine control.
HS2 Control system – CTR6 can be selected with large control system HS2, where there
new L8 SVAB joystick and touch screen are installed in the cabin, with the option of
option of belt steering, boom swing control and dozer blade.
Unique low weight – from 175 kg incl. fastening and valve block.
Minimal width – from 360 mm. without claw.
Possibility of claw –The claw can be selected and is available with S40, S45 and Hydrema attachment.
Hydraulic outlet – CTR6 is incl. 1 extra hydraulic outlet as standard for use for e.g. a grab.
Select With CT-OIL™
CTR6 can be selected with Compacttilt’s solution for automatic oil change CT-Oil. With CT-Oil, the machine can change tools, e.g. a grab, using the machine’s joystick without manual switching of the oil clutch. This means that tools can be changed without the operator having to leave the cabin. CT-Oil distinguishes itself by being able to be connected to the machine’s existing control and that it works on all types of control systems, including HS4.

CT-LOCK™ Included
The CTR6 has been developed with CT-Lock, which is a double locking device on the bucket shift. It is a mechanical extra safety according to the applicable machinery directive.
