LPV - Proper control of air direction, volume, and velocity

The LPV system is a negative-pressure ventilation system used in pig houses located in temperate regions of the world. It can be adapted to most livestock houses.

In an LPV system, fresh air is supplied through wall, ceiling, or roof inlets. During colder periods, the fresh air is mixed with the indoor air before it reaches the area occupied by the pigs.

In warmer weather, the air enters the house in the same way, but at a higher speed. This creates air velocity around the pigs, which helps to cool them. Despite the increased air velocity, the pigs do not feel any unpleasant drafts.

The ventilation system adjusts automatically based on the outside temperature, age of the pigs, and production type.

The air outlets are adjusted according to the Dynamic MultiStep principle, which significantly reduces power consumption.

Benefits:
- Consistent year-round climate for the pigs
- Low energy and heat consumption
- Low operating costs, efficient chimneys, fans, and control principles
- Emergency opening system for maximum safety
- Easy to install and low maintenance costs
