A48 Triple - Acidifying milk and milk substitutes strengthen the animals' ability to digest milk protein and fat. At the same time, the acidification strengthens the naturally effective bacteria in the stomach/intestinal system. During acidification, the pH value in the milk is lowered, whereby the secretion of digestive enzymes in the stomach increases.
A low pH also means that unwanted bacteria such as coli, salmonella etc. do not thrive and cause digestive disorders.
