MSR Plant Technology

MSR Plant Technology is dedicated to contributing to healthy, sustainable, and sensible food production.
We focus on potato production for table use, seed potatoes, and the manufacture of flour and powder products.
We are a small, innovative manufacturing company based in Glyngøre.

We offer a mechanical weeder, the Opti Weeder, available in 2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-row versions. Various configurations of this machine have received the 3-star innovation award: the machine itself in 2018 (winning an Agromek Award in as well), and a variable frame version in 2024. We also feature a patented proactive steering system.

We also produce a machine for mechanical haulm destruction, the Crown Crusher, available in 2-, 4-, and 6-row versions. Both the machine and an add-on feature have received 3-star innovation awards: the machine in 2021 (special edition) and the add-on feature—for haulm lifting and separation—in 2022.

We have received 3-star innovation awards every year we have participated, and this year we will present a new innovation that we will reveal later. Time will tell whether it earns 1, 2, or 3 stars. In any case, we look forward to showcasing it at Agromek 2026.
Our stand has moved to Hall D; come visit us at stand 3060. We have a great team of MSR employees and customers on hand to talk about our machines.

We strive to ensure that the capabilities of our products are fully documented. We can therefore confidently state that our weeder, the Opti Weeder, can handle weed control on its own—without the use of chemicals and without any loss of yield.
Both the company and the machines are rooted in years of practical field experience in making things work in real-world conditions. That is why we also strive to ensure top-tier user-friendliness.
