Viking Wind is launching a smaller household wind turbine - the German 5 KW WindStream5 turbine from Tandem Wind Energy GmbH (or WS5), which will be part of our product portfolio.
CEO Ulrich Høgenhaven says: "After the war broke out between Russia and Ukraine in 2022 - with energy prices skyrocketing as a result - Viking Wind has seen an increased demand from the Danish market for a smaller turbine type than our own Viking VS.
Windstream5 is a turbine for customers with a smaller energy demand than our Viking VS turbine produces, but who still want to be self-sufficient with renewable energy and free from price fluctuations in the energy market. With the cooperation with the German company TWE - Tandem Wind Energy GmbH, we hope to meet this demand in the Danish market."

Viking Wind produces strong and reliable small wind turbines with variable speed and an effect between 10 -25 KW. The turbines are the best-tested of their kind in Denmark.
