Nordic Microbes is a Danish company based in Odense. Since 2021, Nordic microbes have been developing biostimulants for agriculture with the aim of maintaining and increasing yields while reducing the use of pesticides and fertilizers.
Nature is full of microorganisms that play a crucial role for plants, animals, and humans.
There is vast potential in these beneficial microorganisms, but finding and utilising them has always been a challenge.
Nordic Microbes has developed a unique technology that allows us to quickly identify microorganisms with special qualities, adapted to local soil conditions.
In 2023, we launched SeedSpeed® – a natural biostimulant for seed treatment. The product contains a microorganism that efficiently unlocks bound phosphorus and potassium, making these nutrients available to the plant.
