Lundsby Renewable Solutions has more than 30 years of experience in developing, building, servicing and optimising biogas plants. We build biogas plants based on quality and experience – and our partnership with our customers continues long after the plant has been commissioned.
At Agromek 2026, we are putting a particular focus on our Customer Service department and how we can help owners and operators of existing biogas plants achieve reliable operation, high uptime and continued development of their plants.
Service and support focused on your operation
A biogas plant that operates reliably creates value. That is why our experienced Customer Service team provides technical support, service visits, consultancy, inspections and spare parts solutions. Our services include sensor calibration, methane inspections, leak testing, thermographic inspections and planning of critical spare parts.
If your plant has the potential to do more, we can also support you with optimisation, upgrades and expansions of biogas plants. This can range from smaller technical improvements to major expansions designed to increase capacity, improve operational reliability or prepare the plant for future requirements.
We always start with the individual plant and its day-to-day operation. Drawing on our experience from both new projects and existing biogas plants, we combine practical operational insight with strong biogas engineering expertise.

Christian Kok
Head of Customer Service
Christian Kok is Head of Customer Service at Lundsby and brings a strong combination of technical expertise, hands-on operational experience, and leadership skills from the biogas, energy, and service sectors. With a background as both a farmer and a mechanical engineer, he has in-depth knowledge of the interplay between technology, operations, and the practical needs of a biogas plant. Among other things, Christian has led the startup and subsequent operation of one of Denmark’s largest biogas plants, where he was responsible for a facility that processed approximately 600,000 metric tons of biomass annually. There, he worked on everything from operations and maintenance to biomass handling, technical installations, project management, and plant development. He also has several years of experience managing an international service organization responsible for global service, technician training, spare parts sales, and the implementation of service and maintenance systems. At Lundsby, Christian uses this broad experience to develop Customer Service with a focus on customers’ day-to-day realities. The goal is to create long-term solutions that support high operational reliability, efficient maintenance, and the continued optimization and development of biogas plants.

Michael Lund
Technical Project Manager
Michael Lund is a Technical Project Manager in Lundsby’s Customer Service department and has a strong technical background as a mechanical engineer, as well as solid experience in the biogas industry. With experience in new plant construction, optimization, and technology development, Michael has a broad understanding of the technical opportunities and challenges that arise throughout the life cycle of a biogas plant. In Customer Service, his work includes technical project management, optimizations, upgrades, and expansions of existing biogas plants. Michael combines technical expertise with project management, financial planning, and close coordination with the customer. The goal is to find effective and future-proof solutions tailored to each individual plant and the customer’s needs—with a focus on stable operation, high operational reliability, and continuous development.

Jesper Hørlyk Skræddergaard
Business Developer
Jesper has extensive international experience in the renewable energy sector, with a particular focus on sales, business development and technical solutions. His areas of expertise include biogas upgrading, desulphurisation, methanisation, Carbon Capture and Utilisation (CCU) and pyrolysis. He combines technical insight with commercial acumen and experience from international markets, focusing on developing solutions that create value for both the customer and the green transition.
