The new Trioliet Progressive mixing auger has been developed for fast and efficient mixing, ensuring a uniform ration. At the same time, horizontal mixing is maintained through the patented triangles in the mixing tub. The progressive pitch and wide auger flights create powerful vertical feed movement throughout the entire mixing tub. The patented design ensures a consistent feed volume along the full height of the auger. Long, angled knives and multiple knife positions support efficient cutting and a homogeneous mixing result.

Expert description:
Trioliet has developed a new type of mixing auger for its total mixed ration (TMR) feed mixers. The auger features a progressive pitch between the flights. This new design increases the speed at which the feed moves upwards through the mixing tub, resulting in faster mixing and a more uniform and aerated feed mixture. Trioliet has obtained a patent for the mixing auger with its progressive flight design.
