Ploveksperten ApS, integrated coulter knife for Ovlac and Kverneland ploughs

Product description:
The integrated coulter knife is a new development in the positioning and quality of the coulter knife, a component that is otherwise already well known within plough design.

Expert description:
The integrated coulter knife is awarded two stars for its innovative design, in which a well-established function has been built directly into the plough body. The coulter knife passes through a specially adapted shin piece and is supported against rearward bending when encountering stones. Its position close to the landside provides a more stable plough body, while the 10 mm thick symmetrical knife can be used on both right- and left-hand plough bodies. This improves operational reliability and simplifies the management of wear parts.
