SiloInsite-PRO is a camera-based 3D volume sensor for grain drying and storage silos equipped with stirring systems. The sensor measures grain volume while simultaneously monitoring the stirrer arm. An automated image sequence enables operators to check the stirrer's movement via a mobile device or computer. This reduces the need for physical inspections from the top of the silo and allows earlier detection of operational stoppages, uneven drying, or other irregularities, while minimising the need to climb onto the silo roof.
