Danfoil introduces a new injection system with built-in self-calibration and flow monitoring. The system calibrates itself automatically and continuously monitors the flow from the injection pumps, allowing any deviations to be detected immediately. This makes the system ready for the future of precision spraying, where dosage requirements are not known in advance, for example in camera-based spot spraying applications. In the future, the system will form part of a Closed Transfer System, minimising the farmer’s exposure to crop protection products.

Danfoil’s new injection system upgrade combines automatic calibration with advanced flow monitoring. The system uses four flow meters, enabling precise dosing and continuous monitoring of the injection pumps. Any deviations are detected instantly, ensuring a high level of accuracy and operational reliability.
At the same time, the automated calibration process reduces the risk of dosing errors, lowers the operator’s exposure to chemicals and improves workplace safety. The system is well aligned with future requirements for precision agriculture and the reduction of crop protection product use.
