The system allows variation in the bedding material provided and introduces enrichment and novelty for pigs, supporting their natural rooting behaviour and helping to prevent tail biting.
Using automatic valves at each pen, the desired quantity is distributed precisely according to a pre-set curve and can be increased automatically as the pigs grow, ensuring efficient and consistent delivery throughout the entire production period.
