ACO Funki’s new MasterCorner Ø60 offers several unique features. Without opening the unit, users can verify that the wheel is operating correctly through the two built-in inspection windows located in the centre of each side of the corner wheel. In addition, the bearings have been moved away from the feed area and positioned on the outside, providing a significantly longer service life and improved load distribution on the bearings. The wheel itself features curved spokes to ensure that no feed residues accumulate inside the corner.

A significant development of the traditional dry-feed corner wheel, combining several functional improvements in a single solution. In particular, the documented function check via inspection windows, the watertight design, the integrated equipotential bonding and the externally mounted bearings contribute to increased operational reliability and an extended service life.
Relocating the bearings outside the feed area addresses a well-known source of wear, while the built-in galvanic connection ensures electrical continuity throughout the feeding system. At the same time, the visible function check allows users to quickly verify that the wheel is operating correctly without dismantling the product.
The self-cleaning design and watertight construction further support reliable operation under the demanding conditions found in livestock housing environments.
