Lechler XAMOUNT makes crop protection product filling safer and more precise

A closed transfer system with automatic dosing via an integrated weighing system is recognised as a two-star Agromek innovation.
Lechler GmbH presents XAMOUNT, a closed transfer system for sprayers developed to ensure the safe and precise handling of crop protection products during filling. The system is compatible with easyconnect caps without the need for adapters and is designed for containers ranging from 1 to 15 litres.
XAMOUNT uses an integrated weighing system for automatic dosing instead of a flow meter. According to Lechler, this enables dosing to be carried out independently of the product’s temperature and viscosity. The system is specified with a dosing accuracy of 25 ml in accordance with ISO 21191.
The system has also been developed for rapid emptying and cleaning of containers. Air is introduced into the container during emptying, and the automatic extraction and cleaning function is designed to reduce the user’s direct contact with crop protection products while also minimising the risk of spills.
The Agromek judging panel has awarded Lechler XAMOUNT two stars. In its final assessment, the panel particularly highlights the closed handling process, compatibility with easyconnect caps and the integrated weighing system, which provides precise dosing regardless of temperature and viscosity.
