GRAMMER MAXIMO XT2 combines active suspension and digital seat control

A new seat platform for tractors and agricultural machinery combines active suspension, ergonomic comfort features and ISOBUS integration and is recognised as a two-star Agromek innovation.
Erik Jacobsen A/S presents GRAMMER MAXIMO XT2, a new seat platform for tractors and agricultural machinery. The range has been developed with a focus on comfort, ergonomics and operator well-being, combining active suspension with features including electric seat adjustment, massage, ventilation and adaptive backrest technology.
MAXIMO XT2 is built around a new suspension system featuring dual roller guidance, automatic weight adjustment and electronically controlled active damping. According to the product description, the damping is continuously adjusted to suit current driving conditions, providing a more stable working environment for the operator.
The seat is available with a fully electric 10-way adjustment system with memory function, massage system, active ventilation, DUALMOTION® backrest, pneumatic lumbar support and seat heating. On selected models, seat functions can be operated directly via the machine’s ISOBUS terminal.
The Agromek judging panel has awarded MAXIMO XT2 two stars. In its final assessment, the panel highlights the seat as an integrated platform in which suspension, ergonomics, comfort and digital control have been combined into a single solution.
“CAN-Bus and ISOBUS integration enables seat functions to be controlled from the machine terminal on selected models. At the same time, the seat can be retrofitted to existing machines, making enhanced operator comfort and functionality available without replacing the machine itself,” the judging panel emphasised.
MAXIMO XT2 can be used both as a factory-fitted solution and as a retrofit option for existing tractors and agricultural machinery. The range is available in several specifications, from comfort models to premium versions with full electric adjustment and massage functionality.
