Digital task management brings CropManager and FarmTracking together
15/10/2026
SEGES Innovation brings planning, task allocation and documentation together in a single digital workflow and is recognised as a two-star Agromek innovation.
SEGES Innovation presents a new digital task management solution linking CropManager and FarmTracking. In CropManager, farm managers can plan and assign field tasks to specific employees, who then receive them directly in the FarmTracking app.
Employees gain a complete overview of their assigned tasks and can record completed work from their mobile devices, while farm managers can continuously monitor the status of ongoing and completed tasks in CropManager. The solution is designed for farming businesses with multiple employees and a need for more structured coordination of field operations.
The functionality is based on SEGES Innovation’s shared user and business structure through AgroID and My Business. Employees are created centrally and then become available in both CropManager and FarmTracking, enabling user administration and access management to be handled across the two solutions.
According to SEGES Innovation, the integrated workflow reduces the need for phone calls, text messages and paper-based notes. At the same time, documentation of completed work is collected directly within the digital tools.
The Agromek judging panel has awarded the digital task management solution two stars. In its final assessment, the panel particularly highlights that the module replaces the traditional paper job sheet and enables tasks to be assigned directly to individual employees.
“The module can help reduce the risk of tasks being overlooked and support the recording of completed spraying operations. This results in fewer errors, improved overview and less duplicate data entry,” the judging panel noted.
