A tool provides a comprehensive overview and easy access to key figures, allowing veterinarians and advisors to effectively identify areas for improvement and deliver data-driven recommendations. With this tool, advisors and veterinarians can view all the herds/clients they are authorized to access and selectively choose which basic information and key figures they want to track and monitor alarm lists for.

The tool is a Power BI analysis embedded within the Windows application DMS, which is a management tool used by farmers, veterinarians, and advisors in the dairy sector. When an advisor opens the advisory tool, it retrieves all the herds that the advisor has delegated access to. Information and key figures for all these herds are collected, providing an easy overview of all clients at once. Key figures and data are pre-calculated and accessible from a multidimensional Analysis Services cube that processes all farmer data every night. The tool enables the advisor to interact with and analyze data using customizable filtering options.
