On Tuesday, Agro Intelligence received the Agromek Award 2018 within the Grain Treatment, Energy, Knowhow and Service category.
The Award was presented for CloverCam. This innovation applies a camera and an app to measure the relation between grass and clover in the field. The photographs and the resulting field chart are then applied to optimize the correct spreading of nitrogen.
The Award Committee were impressed by the considerable potential of this New Product:
“There are almost limitless possibilities to include further parameters to the software. The camera has a much better definition than any other camera known to us. It is also extremely easy to set up and is available at a moderate price. It also involves a small amount of data due to the fact that the data is continuously stored in Cloud.”
CloverCam was among the three New Products nominated within the Grain Treatment, Energy, Knowhow and Service category.
The winner selection took place on Monday, prior to the opening of Agromek in the MCH Exhibition Centre, Herning, Denmark. The Award Committee, consisting of farmers and other users, selected the winning company on the basis of which product can have the greatest possible importance in practical application.
