Agromek has launched Agromek Stars Special Edition 2021, where Agromek’s exhibitors have been given the opportunity to submit their product news for judgement. The exhibitor’s product news will be judged and rated by the same criteria as the well-known Agromek Stars, which you experience at a physical held Agromek. Our focus will still be to ensure a high quality of the judgement and rating of the product news. Read more about the concept here.

Livestock equipment
Feeding Step is a platform that is installed along the fodder table. The platform consists of blocks made from a composite material. The blocks are coated with a 12 mm roll mat with a non-slip surface and a double textile inlay. The roll mat contains an integrated 10 mm rubber tube that is filled with “good” bacteria. When the cows step on the tube, these good bacteria are released and attach to their hooves. The bacteria then counteract the bad bacteria that cause digital dermatitis.
Feeding Step with BactiControl, a permeable rubber mat for deployment in feeding bays in cow sheds. Various types of hoof disinfectant can be added. The cows’ hooves are disinfected while they are eating, ensuring much longer contact time than in a traditional foot bath.
