Pig-LET FEED on TIME feeds the piglets from day 3 in the farrowing pen. The feeding station has its own feeding schedule for the entire period in the farrowing house, and water is provided in the trough during feeding, adapted to the desired water-to-feed ratio. The feeding station can be used for one passage or two passages together. It is designed to provide piglets with fresh and appealing feed, thus increasing their appetite and encouraging them to start on dry feed as early as possible, resulting in higher weaning weights. Additionally, efforts have been made to minimize feed waste. The unit is constructed from stainless steel and plastic, with all components being recognized solutions that perform effectively. We have also considered the staff, and this solution provides relief in the workload within the barn.
