With 556 exhibitors and 43,197 visitors, Agromek emphasized its status as Northern Europe's largest agricultural fair. Exhibitors and partners were pleased with the impressive attendance figures, highlighting the high quality of the visitors. Agromek 2024 took place at MCH Messecenter Herning 26-29 November.

The number of exhibitors and visitors was the highest in 10 years at Agromek 2024, greatly building on the positive momentum from 2022 when it was noted that the trade fair was "back in full force." The halls were bustling from morning to evening all four days, as noted by DLG.
"We are very, very pleasantly surprised. You might wonder whether such a trade fair concept is viable in a digital age, but we must say it is. We've had a large number of visitors and have at times been blown away, but in a really good way. We've had many dialogues and we’ve gotten a good sense of what’s important to our customers - plus, we've secured many promising appointments for the upcoming months," says Camilla Blicher Simonsen, Deputy Group Director, DLG.

Exhibitor: Great to have both deals and leads
Fasterholt Maskinfabrik experienced a similar buzz, particularly noting that the right visitors stopped by for both conversations and deals.
"We’ve had a lot of visitors, and there’s been great interest in our products, so it’s been fantastic. Many were even inclined to invest, leading to several deals at the fair, so we are very satisfied. Additionally, we’re bringing home a pile of leads, providing work going forward. The atmosphere at the fair has been positive, and I’ve spoken with many optimistic people, which has been wonderful," asserts Rikke Kjær Aslak, CEO, Fasterholt Maskinfabrik.

Danish Agriculture and Food Council Chairman: Like an early Christmas Eve
The Danish Agriculture and Food Council is pleased with Agromek's ability to attract farmers, politicians, and producers, emphasizing the trade fair’s forward-looking qualities.
"Walking through the exhibition halls in Herning, it becomes clear how magnificent the agricultural industry is. Large, intelligent machines captivate alongside future solutions and the innovation on display. You could wish for all of the political Denmark to witness this innovation power. For farmers, it’s like an early Christmas Eve, with space for good conversations with colleagues, politicians, and skilled producers," observes Søren Søndergaard, Chairman, The Danish Agriculture and Food Council.

Satisfied and grateful Agromek Chairman
The trade fair’s unifying properties also excite the Agromek management, noting the trade fair’s strength in effectively appealing to everyone in the industry.

Agromek has again proven to be a comprehensive trade fair where you can see everything and effectively engage with the right people. This gives the trade fair relevance for all in the industry, especially due to the high quality of the visitors. I want to commend the exhibitors for their commitment and impressive stands, and I thank them for their great and loyal support," says Sten Andersen, Chairman, Agromek.
