Fasterholt Maskinfabrik presents a Two Star new exhibit at Agromek
FasterRain is operated by tablet or via Wi-fi from the tractor while the irrigation machine’s hose is rolled out. During the irrigation process, the operator can adjust zone watering so that this suits the individual field.
FasterRain is a new system for the control of irrigation machines and involves numerous functions, e.g., zone irrigation, fleet control and wireless update.
FasterRain has been approved as a Two Star exhibit at Agromek and will be presented by Fasterholt Maskinfabrik A/S
This new control system is operated via a tablet and via Wi-fi connection from the tractor while the irrigation machine’s hose is rolled out. During the irrigation process, the operator can adjust zone watering so that this suits the individual field. The control is equipped with a GPS module so that data from the irrigation machine can be uploaded to a cloud server.
One of the new features of the control system involves fleet control. This enables the control of several irrigation machines and provides information regarding their positions. Among other advantages, the system can list the machines in the sequence that they are to remain in position or are ready to be moved. Positioning and operational status are indicated in real time.
This system can be supplied for new machines and for installation on existing Fasterholt irrigation machines.
